I’ve been at work today. Days like this drag because there’s not a lot going on and we work with a skeleton staff. But it doesn’t matter because its money in the bank for me and I wouldnt have been doing anything much else.
I went to my mate’s house for a few drinks last night. Him and his wife and the nicest couple you could ever know. There house is always open for friends and everybdoy is made to feel welcome. Last night they had invited 6 people for drinks and snacks and champagne at midnight (I dont like champagne). Fireworks were sent up despite the foul weather and a good time was had by all.
Anybody watch the Vicar of Dibley tonight? I got home in time to see the last half hour and am now feeling a bit sad that its all over. Its one of the best comedy shows ever along with Only Fools And Horses and One Foot In The Grave. All of them are gone now. I hope it isnt to long before they launch a new comedy that’s worth watching.
I am going to have a look around some blogs now and then I’ll be off to bed because I have work again tomorrow with an 8am start.
Happy New Year

I saw the Vicar of Dibley! Well, the last half because I had to go pick up my daughter and boyfriend from a restaurant first. Why do they always call for a lift when there’s something decent on the telly?
One of my favourites at the moment is “My Family”. That is still on, isn’t it? As you’ve probably guessed, I don’t watch a lot of TV.
Happy New Year, Gary. May it be filled with everything you’d choose to fill it with yourself.

HAPPY NEW YEAR GARY!!!
I saw the VOD it was hilarious, funnily enough I have hardly ever watched it. Still I can catch up with it on DVD.
Oops I was being a bit gobby there!!
I went to the pub with a friend and her boyfriend. I got absolutely plastered and thoroughly enjoyed myself. It is the first time I have been plastered for ages and I like to do it occassionally when I am in good company. The good thing is, no stomach burning. AStill thats no excuse to do it too often!!
