I survived the big day and ate a tasty dinner at my parents house. After dinner we opened presents and I got the usual selection of socks, slippers and poloshirts from my daughters along with a photo of them. Otherwise I got after shave, a shirt, a superman dvd, an oasis cd, an address book and a book about status quo. I cant complain.
I was going to stay over and just drive down to get the girls this morning but when I found out my neice and her husband and five month old baby would be staying I changed my mind. My days of crying babies are over.
Now I’m back at mums with the girls. Mums making dinner and dads asleep and the girls are busy with my neice and the baby and her husband has gone out to meet some friends so I’m here on dads computer. Had the usual game of footie this morning but I think I’m starting to get to old for it. Next year will be the last time I think.

I bet you and Leo would be well away watching Superman together! And then you’ll nip down the pub in your new shirt and after-shave and drive the local ladies nuts (one way or another)!
Glad to hear you had a lovely Christmas. Anything else planned between now and New Year’s?

No problem about the divorce. Its so long ago now that I hardly even remember what it was like to be married! Happy new year to you too.
Nothing much else planned Sharon. I’m back at work tomorrow. New years eve will be at a mates house. Him and his wife are having a few people over for dinner and the usual drinks and fireworks. You?

Not tried it yet Carol but give me time. I need to wait for somebody to die first. LOL. Sounds like you had a nice time with your family and thats what its all about.
I got Superman Returns. Its probably been out a while in the US but was released here a couple of weeks back. I’ve already watched it twice!!
Do you play football Leo? American or British? Ours is five-a-side and we’re all old timers now but still the injuries are getting less clever and I am still nursing a swollen knee from boxing day!
Hope you had a good time mate.
